About Our District

We are committed to a 21st century learning agenda that prepares our students well for what comes after their PreK-12 years with us. We believe that a dynamic 21st century curriculum taught by highly competent professionals who are held accountable for learning results is key to our students' academic success.

The mission of the Vinton County Local School District is to prepare ALL students for the 21st Century and beyond.

We envision the Vinton County Local School District as having a staff that:

3.  will research and implement strategies for improving student achievement on a

     continuing basis.

4.  will monitor each student's progress.
