Project Backpack received a donation from VCNB

 
Vinton County High School's Project Backpack would like to thank the Vinton County National Bank for a gracious $700 donation. The backpack program provides services to our entire district. Project Backpack serves backpacks twice a month to distribute food and items students need to get them through days they aren't at school to benefit from a free breakfast and lunch. These items are given to high school students in need and also taken to the elementary schools and middle school. Students pictured are some of the many helpers to stock, sort, pack and delivery our backpacks. Included in the picture is Tracey Kirby from the Vinton County National Bank handing the check to Will Arthur. Project Backpack is totally funded by donations.
