On Friday, February 24th Vinton County High School Spanish language students got the opportunity to present at the 19th Ohio Latin Americanist Conference at Ohio University. OLAC is a highly interdisciplinary conference, that highlights the work of college professors, graduate and undergraduate college students, local educators and high school students. This year Trista Dunn, Marissa Huff, Lindsey Riddle, Brooklyn Burns, Kylie Smith, Emma Davidson and Karis Caudill got the opportunity to present their diversity spanish projects in a panel called “La belleza de America está en la diversidad”. The panel was a huge success and several universities expressed interest in VCHS Spanish language students. Congratulations to all the student presenters!
