Strategic planning is a process that allows us to take those things within the district that are
currently functioning well and build upon them for a more successful future. This is an opportunity for our community, staff and students to work collaboratively to develop a clear path for moving forward.
We will begin this process by having our community complete a survey to look at our strengths and weaknesses. This data will help us focus on the areas that we need to address the most, while continuing those that are already working well.
The survey will take only a few minutes to complete. At the end, there will be opportunities to discuss specific areas that stand out to you as positives and areas for improvement.
This survey will be available to complete beginning Wednesday, November 5th. We look forward to gathering this important information for our district.
