FINAL FORMS - Online Form Completion
We are very excited to announce that the Vinton County Local School District has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign academic and athletic forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
You can access our FinalForms Platform HERE https://vintoncountylocal-oh.finalforms.com/
For parents who are new to our district and would like to enroll their student, you can click on "New Account" and enter in the required information. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided that contains a link you must click on to confirm your account. Once you confirm your email address, you will choose a password. You can then click on "New Student" to register a student. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your SPAM or Junk folder for the email. If you still don't see the email you can contact [email protected] or [email protected].
**Important** If your child is CURRENTLY a student within the district, please do not try to add them as a new student. If you already have a final forms account but do not see your student, you can email [email protected] and your student can be added to your account. If you aren't sure you have a Final Forms account, you can try using the forgot password or forgot email links on the login page. If your account is not found, please click on the link below and complete the form and someone will be in touch.
