Thursday, May 14, 2026 at South Elementary
Friday, May 15, 2026 at West Elementary
Plan to bring the following required information with you:
Birth Certificate Immunization Record Proof of Residency Income Verification
Legal Paperwork if Applicable (court issued custodial document)
Beginning May 1st, you can make an appointment online and begin the registration process via FinalForms!

If you are unable to make an appointment online, you may call 740-596-5218 on the following dates:
Last names starting with “A” through “L”, call 596-5218 on May 4th or May 5th for an appointment.
Last names starting with “M” through “Z”, call 596-5218 on May 6th or May 7th for an appointment.
*Your child must be four (4) by the *first day of school to attend preschool.
*First day of ‘26-27 will be August 20 or 21st, depending if your child attends the T/TH class or the W/F Class
~3 year olds may be enrolled, based on birthdate and available slots.
You can begin the registration process in advance of your appointment online at https://vintoncountylocal-oh.finalforms.com/
If you do not have a computer or device to complete the registration in advance, we will have them available for use during your appointment at the school. You will need to have access to an email account in order to create and verify your FinalForms account. By creating an account with FinalForms and completing all registration forms online, this information will be stored and available to you at any time to update. The information will be pre-populated at the beginning of each school year, and you will only need to make any necessary changes and sign the forms each year, making the beginning of the year form completion a breeze!
If you already have a student within our school district, you may already have a FinalForms account. If you do, you can login to that account and click new student to begin the registration process. (Be sure to choose the 2026-2027 school year).
