FINAL FORMS - Online Form Completion
Vinton County Local School District partners with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign academic and athletic forms for your students. FinalForms saves data from year to year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible for each of your students, saving you time.
To access the FinalForms Platform:
- Go to: vintoncountylocal-oh.finalforms.com
- Click LOGIN under the Parent Icon.
- Locate and click the INCOMPLETE FORMS button for the student you wish to update.
- Complete each form and sign your full name (i.e. ‘Jonathan Smith’) in the parent signature field on each page. After signing each, click SUBMIT FORM and move on to the next form.
- When all forms are complete, you will see a ‘Forms Finished’ message.
IMPORTANT: If required by your district, an email will automatically be sent to the email address for your student that will prompt your student to sign required forms.
How do I complete forms for additional students?
Click MY STUDENTS. Then, repeat steps 3 through 5 for each additional student.
How do I update information?
Log in at any time and click UPDATE FORMS to update information for any student.
I don’t know if I already have an account: If you aren't sure you have a Final Forms account, you can try using the forgot password or forgot email links on the login page. If your account is not found, you can email [email protected] for additional assistance.
I logged in or created an account, but I don’t see my child(ren): email [email protected], include your student’s name and birthdate, and your student can be added to your account.
**Important** If your child is CURRENTLY a student within the district, please do not attempt to add them as a new student. Email [email protected] for additional assistance.
